Already leading people and ready for your next opportunity? You don't need to already hold a Restaurant Manager or Director title to be considered. We're looking for an emerging Restaurant Manager who wants more than their next management job, they want the opportunity to learn how to lead and grow a business.

This is a hands-on leadership development opportunity working directly with Owner/Operator James Sullivan. You'll learn the business from the ground up, build credibility with the team, develop your restaurant leadership skills, and progressively take on greater responsibility as you demonstrate readiness.

You'll begin by learning Chick-fil-A operations hands-on, progress into shift leadership, and then have the opportunity to grow into ownership of people development, systems, metrics, and restaurant performance. The long-term vision is to develop the right person into a key Operations Director who can help James grow the business and prepare for future opportunities.

Your Impact

What You'll Do Initially

• Learn Chick-fil-A operations through hands-on Front and Back of House training
  
• Build relationships and credibility with a team of approximately 30
  
• Develop into running shifts and leading Team Members
  
• Learn James' approach to hospitality, operational excellence and people development
  
• Receive direct coaching and mentorship from James
  
• Begin learning the business behind the restaurant, including labor, staffing, guest experience and performance metrics
  

What You'll Grow Into

• Coach and develop Shift Leaders and Team Members
  
• Take ownership of key operational systems and areas of the business
  
• Use restaurant metrics and feedback to identify problems and improve performance
  
• Help strengthen staffing, training, accountability and leadership development
  
• Partner with James on restaurant priorities and execution
  
• Develop other leaders so responsibility can increasingly move through the leadership team
  
• Grow toward Operations Director-level responsibility as performance and readiness are demonstrated
  
• Help build the leadership bench and systems needed to support the restaurant's future growth
  

Background Profile

• Demonstrated progressive leadership experience
  
• Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or other people-focused leadership experience
  
• Experience coaching or developing others
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  
• Comfortable using metrics and feedback to improve performance
  
• Open availability, including Fridays, Saturdays, opening and closing shifts
  
• Desire for mentorship to grow into senior operational leadership
