Freelance Garment Specialist:
Design, Fit, and Production Wizard
We’re a tight-knit team that’s part office, part remote, and 100% focused on creating beautiful, well-made garments. We’re looking for someone with serious skills to bring order, creativity, and precision to our product development process.
**
**
What You’ll Do:
• Collaborate with our overseas vendors to choose standout styles and tweak them into something uniquely us.
•Work your magic on garment fit—because “almost perfect” isn’t good enough for us.
• Build tech packs so clear and detailed they deserve their own fan club.
• Help us set up a smooth system for developing new products, making the whole process less chaotic and more fun.
**
**
What We’re Dreaming Of:
Someone who can grow into a leadership role, owning every step of garment creation and production—from initial concept to the final, flawless piece.
**
**
Your Superpowers:
• An eye for design, paired with the technical chops to fix fit issues like a pro.
• Experience creating tech packs that vendors love (and that prevent “oops” moments).
• A knack for communication, especially when working across time zones.
• A portfolio that shows off your skills and creativity—bonus points if it makes us gasp a little.
**
**
The Details:
• Start freelance and show us what you’ve got. If it’s a fit (pun intended), there’s room to grow.
• Flexible, collaborative work setup with a small team that’s big on ideas.
If you’re ready to take our garments from “good” to “amazing,” we can’t wait to see what you bring tothe table. Let’s chat and make something great together!
