Description St. James Catholic Church in Kansas City, MO is seeking a part-time Office Coordinator to provide administrative suppport and coordinate daily operations for the parish. This position includes having access to the most sensitive and confidential information and personnally perform the more sensitive, difficult and complex office functions. This position may also be resonsible for coordinating the volunteer programs and supervising the volunteer workers. This position is expected to work 16 to 20 hours a week. Responsibilities: Greets and refers visitors Manages communications, scheduling and recordkeeping Prepares correspondence and documents which may include preparing and producing the weekly bulletin Oversee inventory of office supplies Support parish leadership as needed Other duties as assigned Requirements Note: All employees are required to consent to a background check, commit to our Code of Conduct policy, and complete online and in-person trainings prior to hire.
