Role OverviewThe Delivery Lead is a strategic senior leader who serves as a coach mentor facilitator and change agent empowering teams to consistently deliver high-quality products and services This role guides teams through agile principles delivery best practices and alignment with organizational objectives to drive predictable and effective outcomesThe Delivery Lead is accountable for ensuring strong alignment between team delivery practices and broader organizational goals They represent the team in leadership forums providing clear status updates surfacing risks and impediments, and partnering with leadership to forecast deliveryRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience10 years of overall experience in software engineering preferably in healthcare5 years of hands-on experience in managing delivery teamsIn-depth knowledge of agile tools such as Rally JIRA preferably with Rally experienceIn-depth experience with Kanban Scrum and Scaled Agile frameworksKnowledge of the Software System Development Life CycleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent presentation and relationship skillsLeadership direction and coaching skills to encourage the adoption of good agile practicesExperience in providing agile practice leadership and education to the organizationAbility to influence leadership and management teams on agile principles practices and toolsExperience in facilitating management of the Scrum Team’s dependenciesExperience in driving release management for agile teamsProject Management support skills for Business Partner projectsAbility to lead projects by collaborating with enterprise and/or external teamsAbility to help teams develop and implement practices and metrics for continuous improvementAnalytical and investigative skills to provide explanations and interpretations within the area of expertiseRequired AI SkillsAll contractor resources are expected to demonstrate baseline proficiency in enterprise approved AI tools as part of their day-to-day responsibilities This includes but is not limited toConsistent Use Maintain a minimum of 90% weekly usage of AI tools such as GitHub Copilot Microsoft 365 Copilot, and other GenAI platforms approved by the enterpriseContinuous Learning: Stay current with evolving AI capabilities and features and apply them to improve delivery quality and velocityJob SummaryJob number: P-103649Profession: OtherExperience: 10-15Years
