Overview

We are seeking a Senior Landscape Architect to join our team in Austin TX .

The Senior Landscape Architect is a licensed professional who contributes to the delivery of highquality resilient and communityfocused design this role you will advance project design development lead key components of project documentation and support the management of small to midscale assignments. You will provide guidance to junior team members maintain rigorous quality standards across design and technical work and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary partners to drive integrated project outcomes. This position is ideal for a landscape architect with several years of licensure who is ready to expand their project management responsibilities and play a growing leadership role in shaping our design vision.

Your role

• Plans directs and oversees the landscape architectural components of reports designs and construction projects.
• Leads the development of final plans and specifications and reviews materials and construction for compliance with project requirements.
• Is a self-starter and is capable of working independently and as a team.
• Contributes to the preparation of proposals scopes of work contracts and budgets.
• Supports quality control efforts related to landscape design graphics and technical deliverables.
• Prepares site design concepts for a range of clients including municipal agencies government entities and commissions.
• Coordinates work with landscape architects allied professionals and internal support teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Participates in designfocused quality assurance reviews.
• Manages projects independently and ensures adherence to schedule budget and quality standards.
• Coordinates with existing and potential clients to assist in business development.
• Performs additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.

About you

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Landscape Architecture; an MLA or related graduatelevel technical coursework is preferred. This level is typically achieved with seven years of experience postBachelors or six years postMasters; most incumbents have eight to ten years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated technical writing communication and collaboration skills.
• Current registration as a Licensed Landscape Architect in Texas (required).

Additional information

Expected compensation range is between $85000 - $11000 annually depending on skills experience and geographical location.
