NOW HIRING CDL-A OTR COMPANY DRIVERS

VHV Logistics Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for motivated, reliable CDL-A drivers to join our team! Whether you run Dry Van, Power Only, or Amazon Relay loads, we offer competitive pay, consistent freight, performance bonuses, and a team that respects your time on the road.

COMPENSATION & BONUSES

• $0.65–$0.70 per mile , based on experience, performance, and loyalty program eligibility
• OR 25%–30% of gross revenue , depending on the agreed pay plan
• Advertised weekly earning potential: $3,100–$3,700 , depending on miles, loads, and pay structure
• Paid on all miles — loaded and empty , under the mileage pay plan
• Weekly direct deposit — reliable, on-time payments
• Weekly and quarterly performance bonuses with achievable qualification requirements
• Extra bonuses for safe driving and clean inspections
• Driver Referral Bonus: $500–$1,000 for each qualifying driver you refer, according to program terms

HOME TIME

• Typically 22–25 days on the road, followed by 5–6 days at home
• We plan routes with your home time in mind
• OTR operations across all 48 contiguous states

EQUIPMENT & DRIVER SUPPORT

• Late-model Freightliner Cascadia automatic trucks
• In-cab refrigerator and inverter
• APU-equipped trucks
• Fuel cards, toll passes, and PrePass
• 24/7 emergency breakdown assistance
• Professional dispatch and operational support

EMPLOYMENT OPTIONS

• W-2 or 1099 arrangements, where applicable and legally permitted
• Clear pay terms and performance bonus requirements

DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum of 1 month of CDL-A experience
• Willingness to run OTR across the 48 contiguous states
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and professional attitude
• Flatbed experience is a plus, but motivated drivers willing to learn are welcome
